Protein is a building block of hypertrophy (muscle growth).  A bodybuilding staple. But it doesn't agree with us all.  I have a solution.  If someone comes to your house and it smells like hell just tell them you're cooking hard boiled eggs. When they ask if they can have one you just look them in the eye and rip a giant fart. Problem solved. Then you'll both laugh and head to the gym for a monster diesel.
